No cancellations, changes or returns allowed, however we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Shoe box condition can not be guaranteed, many arrived to us damaged.

Do not purchase if you are not ok with possibly receiving a damaged box.

One Dunk purchase per day per customer. If more than one pair of Dunks are purchased to the same customer or shipping address, all orders will be cancelled.

Shipping to residential US addresses and Puerto Rico only. International orders will be cancelled.

Actual shipping costs are built into the retail price tomake up for our regularly discounted shipping rates.

Coupon codes and discounts may not be used on Dunk orders.

Purchases by first time customers must be made through the Shop App with a verified account, or with a verified PayPal account.
